How I Can Help....

These are just some of the many questions that life throws at us and they can often be complex issues to unravel. This is where I come in, as your counsellor I will meet you where you’re at on your journey and hold a safe space to facilitate the changes required for self-realisation, authenticity, alignment, knowledge and empowerment.

 

Speaking your truth, living authentically and connecting to your inner guidance and wisdom is like building a muscle, you need regular workouts to get stronger. We will work through your identified challenges and I will give you tools to build the skills needed to recognise feelings and state boundaries authentically and firmly, whilst maintaining compassion, even in the face of complex situations where you face resistance.


Often people feel shame, guilt and confusion around sex, their sexuality or sexual fantasies and kinks. These can regularly stem from childhood and or social and religious conditioning, or even past abuse of some kind. By holding onto these feelings, huge aspects of self are suppressed and unable to be expressed, leaving people to feel resentment, dissatisfaction and with needs that are not being met, resulting in a half-lived life. Through open communication and understanding of these kinds of situations, I can help you navigate this edgy terrain with understanding and without the need to censor or hide your true, authentic self.
